Simbari

Nicola Simbari’s gallery work turns Mediterranean life—coastal villages, cafés, festivals, flowers and sunlit figures—into disciplined, vividly colored figurative painting.

About the artist

Simbari’s vivid figurative paintings draw on Mediterranean villages, coastlines, gardens, cafés, and festivals. Brilliant color and lively movement give these scenes a sense of warmth and immediacy.

He sketches from observation and develops the images through a palette-knife approach that joins disciplined composition with energetic surface texture. The result moves between recognizable places and expressive abstraction.
