How Deluxe Fine Art, LLC handles information when you visit our website or contact the gallery.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Information we collect
Deluxe Fine Art, LLC, in Boca Raton, Florida, operates deluxefineart.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at sales@deluxefineart.com or 561-302-6927.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected interest, and message. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share. Correspondence may include artwork preferences, photographs, or details needed to discuss a possible purchase or consignment.
Please do not include payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive information in the inquiry form. The website currently provides information and accepts inquiries; it does not offer online checkout or customer accounts.
Information from your visit
Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include your IP address, requested pages, request times, browser, and device information. When Analytics is enabled, Google also processes information about your visit as explained below.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, discuss artwork and gallery services, arrange requested follow-up, and keep records of our correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors, and protect against spam and misuse. Analytics helps us understand page visits and successful gallery inquiries.
Submitting an inquiry requests a response and confirmation email. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process inquiries to take steps you request before a contract or to perform an agreed service. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to general correspondence, maintaining business records, and protecting our website. We rely on consent for optional analytics where required, and on legal obligations where records must be retained by law.
Cookies & website analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and successful gallery inquiries. Analytics uses cookies and processes browser and device information. We do not send your name, email address, or inquiry message to Analytics. For US visitors, Analytics starts automatically unless you decline or your browser sends a privacy opt-out signal. For visitors outside the US, we ask permission first. You can turn Analytics off or change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer.
If we cannot determine your country, Analytics waits for your permission. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps Analytics off, including when you previously accepted it. Declining Analytics does not prevent you from browsing the collection or submitting an inquiry.
When enabled, Analytics receives page addresses without query strings or fragments, page titles, referring page addresses, and a general event when an inquiry succeeds. Google also receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. The website disables Google Signals and advertising personalization in its Analytics configuration.
Cookies and saved choices
Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and measure sessions. Google describes its cookie use and duration in How Google uses cookies. Our website stores your accepted or declined choice in your browser’s local storage under dfa-analytics-consent, so it can remember your preference on that browser.
Choosing to decline stops future Analytics collection by this website and attempts to remove its Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already received by Google. You can also manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Clearing saved choices or using another browser or device may require you to choose again.

Retention & security
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and related business records. The appropriate period depends on whether a conversation leads to a purchase or other arrangement, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and any unresolved dispute. Copies may remain in gallery email accounts and service-provider systems according to their retention settings and backup processes.
Technical and Analytics records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings. You can contact us about the information associated with your inquiry and request deletion where applicable law permits.
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please use the gallery’s confirmed payment arrangements for payment information.
Your choices & privacy rights
You may contact the gallery directly instead of using the form. Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but we need an email address to reply by email. Analytics choices are separate from your inquiry.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send privacy requests to sales@deluxefineart.com, with enough information to identify the correspondence involved. Please do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting. Rights may be limited by legal recordkeeping duties or other applicable exceptions. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you believe we have not handled a request correctly, contact us to ask for a review. Where applicable, you may also appeal our response or complain to your local data protection authority, including the authority in your EEA country or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Other websites
Links to auction platforms, social networks, and other websites take you to services operated by others. Their privacy policies and terms apply to information you provide there.
International visitors
The gallery operates in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your inquiry will be processed in the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the transfer. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request. The provider privacy notices linked above describe their international processing practices.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience interested in art and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Updates & contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. When applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
