These Terms and Conditions govern your use of deluxefineart.com, operated by Deluxe Fine Art, LLC, in Boca Raton, Florida. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the gallery, and “you” refers to the person using the website.

Please read these terms before using the website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. You must have legal capacity to enter into any purchase or service agreement you arrange with us, or act with the authority of someone who does.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreement to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for Analytics or other personal information processing.

Inquiries & purchases

The website currently presents a selection of artwork and gallery information and allows you to send inquiries. It does not provide online checkout. An inquiry, an automated confirmation email, or a displayed work does not reserve an item, accept an order, or create a purchase contract.

Availability, price, condition, edition details, payment arrangements, taxes, shipping charges, and any special requirements must be confirmed with the gallery before purchase. A purchase is governed by the written description and terms confirmed for that transaction, together with our applicable purchase policies.

Our purchase policies explain payment and sales tax, shipping and insurance, returns and damage, and Terms of Sale. These website terms do not reduce the gallery’s written guarantees or any mandatory consumer rights. If a transaction-specific agreement conflicts with general website information, its expressly agreed terms govern that transaction to the extent lawful.

Do not submit credit card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive payment information through the inquiry form. Confirm payment instructions directly with the gallery.

Artwork information

Artwork pages, artist profiles, photographs, and collecting articles provide information to help you explore the collection. The displayed selection is not a live inventory. Works may become unavailable, and website descriptions or prices may be corrected before a purchase is agreed.

Images may differ from the physical work because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and display size. Ask for additional photographs or information if color, scale, framing, or condition is important to your decision.

Authorship, signature, edition, provenance, and authenticity statements must be read in the context of the individual work’s written description. A general artist biography does not authenticate a particular work. Any authenticity guarantee and its scope must be expressly stated for that work. Nothing here limits the description guarantees in our purchase policies.

Collecting information is general educational material, not an appraisal or legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not promise appreciation, resale opportunities, or a particular financial return.

By giving us an email address for an inquiry, you ask us to send a confirmation and respond about that inquiry. This does not itself enroll you in marketing communications.

Any auction registration, bid, or purchase conducted through an external platform is subject to the applicable auction and platform terms. A past auction catalog is historical information and does not indicate that bidding remains open.

Subject to applicable jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer rights, disputes about these website terms may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida. Nothing in these terms requires binding arbitration, waives a jury trial, or prevents you from bringing a claim in a forum available under mandatory law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
