About the artist

Tarkay’s figurative scenes place women in quiet interiors or conversation, using vivid color and simplified forms to create poised, contemplative compositions.

Across painting, watercolor, and serigraphy, he combines expressive line with carefully balanced blocks of color, drawing on modernist influences while keeping the human figure central.
