RETURNS:
All items are 100% guaranteed to be as described in our listing. If your purchase arrives and does not meet your expectations, please contact us so that we can work to rectify it. Returns are acceptable if an item is damaged during shipping or if not as described in the listing.
Please understand that the handling of artwork is an “art” in and of itself due to its fragile nature. As such, we cannot offer a return on merchandise simply because a customer changes his/her mind after opening up the artwork. Slight variations in color may be evident from one computer to another; we recommend looking at a few internet sites to see color variation if this is a major factor in your purchasing decision.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will initiate a claim with the carrier; unlike many sellers, we do not place that burden on you. We only ask that you retain all packing materials until the matter is completely resolved. We may request photographs of the damages, if necessary. Artwork will either be replaced (when available) or will we issue you a 100% refund once the claim is settled. Return shipping labels will be provided, if applicable.
